This project consisted of a total remodelling and refurbishment of a 1970s house.

To give the elevation a more contemporary feel, all the elevations were treated with a sand cement water proof render then painted white. A new pebble dash tarmac drive was laid as well as landscaping. 

Working closely with our client, a new and fresh en-suite was produced using a travertine floor & wall tile, together with updated bathroom fixtures and fittings including a walk in level access shower.

Construction of new perimeter garden wall and the erection of electrically operated wrought iron gates.
