The footprint of the newly 

constructed villa included 

a walk up infinity pool,

with easy access from the 

external dinning areas and 

the verandas.

As a part of the clients brief, we located and purchased the land for our client. To take advantage of the sea views, the villa was designed and constructed with the sleeping accommodation on the ground floor and the living areas on the first floor, which gave some wonderful views looking straight out to the harbour.

This contemporary styled 

kitchen was sourced from

Miami, which was included as a part of the tailored made service that this particular client wanted. Throughout all 

furnishings, fixtures and 

fittings were sourced in 

America.

This lounge was located on

the upper floor, along with the

the kitchen. The external elevations of the villa were in keeping with a traditional Caribbean design, however the internal finishes were modern and contemporary.
